Featuring JILZ Gluten-Free Paleo-friendly crackers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pouch Winking Girl! Foods Red Enchilada Skillet Sauce
- ½ package JILZ Gluten-Free Crackers, Cracked Pepper and Sea S
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- WG! quick-a-mole and cilantro (for garnish)
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired. When the meat is just a little pink still, add the JILZ crackers (keep them whole or break them up as desired) and the entire packet of Winking Girl! Red Enchilada Skillet Sauce. Mix well.
Reduce heat to low, add a few drops of water to the pan, and cover for 5 minutes. (This step helps to soften the crackers to a more tortilla-like consistency).
Serve warm and top with quick-a-mole, cilantro, and Winking Girl! Salsa.
