Since smothered burritos can be messy, I like to serve chips on the side of the plate for easy and delicious clean up!
3-4 medium sized premade burritos of choice (homemade is best!)
1 pouch Winking Girl! Red Enchilada Skillet Sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
Toppings (optional): Sour Cream, cilantro, avocado, Winking Girl! Salsa
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Place the prepared burritos in an oven safe dish.
Set aside 2-3 Tbs Red Enchilada Sauce (for topping off after baking). Pour the rest of the pouch over the burritos. Top with cheese and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
Serve hot and top with sour cream, avocado, and cilantro.
