5-Ingredient Chicken Salad

Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: 2 hours

Great on sandwiches or tossed with mixed greens!

  • 2-3 cups cooked cubed chicken (leftover chicken works great!)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup Winking Girl Mild Tomatillo Salsa
  • 2 Tbsp Mayo
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Toss all ingredients together and let chill in fridge for 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
